It’s summertime, and people are moving about and embracing the fresh air. However, it is very important that you stay hydrated by making sure you drink enough water.
Did you know? Getting enough water every day is important for your health. Drinking water can prevent dehydration, which is a condition that can cause unclear thinking, result in mood change, cause your body to overheat, and lead to constipation and kidney stones. Staying well hydrated will help improve your overall health along with the appearance of your skin.
So, remember, everyone’s body is different; thus, it’s important to pay attention to what your body needs. If you’re feeling a little thirsty, suffering from dry skin, maybe having chapped lips or even fine lines in your face. Try increasing your water intake. (As long as you are not under any medical fluid restrictions) In closing, if you’re not a fan of drinking plain water, try adding some flavor: such as mint, lemons, cucumbers, or fresh fruit.
